What we will be doing next week - Week Beginning 28th November

Next week in Literacy, we will making up our own stories based on 'The Three Billy Goats Gruff'. We will be choosing different animals for the story and a different baddie. In Phonics next week, Miss Joanne will be assessing us ready for our reports and we will be revising all sounds we have learned so far. Our Numeracy focus next week is money. We will begin to learn about the value of money and use it in our play.  Topic work next week will involve looking at our 4th sense 'taste'. We will be talking about our favourite foods and will taste a variety of fruit and vegetables. We will also be learning the phrase "This is a...." when naming fruit and vegetables. Miss Joanne has now changed our role play area  into a 'Christmas Home' so this week we will start decorating it ready for Christmas and will help Miss Joanne to decorate the Christmas tree.
